How to Attract a Crowd of Qualified, Ready-to-Act Buyers to Your Open House

A few weeks ago I discussed why traditional open houses don’t work and what you should be doing instead. After all, the industry joke is that an open house is a place where you, the agent, goes but no one else does. We all know why agents keep open housing their listings (even though they know they don’t really work) – agents run open houses because: a) they need to demonstrate to their sellers that they’re working hard and b) they don’t really know what else to do.
