Let’s face it, most real estate advertising looks the same. Pick up any newspaper in the country and you’ll see the same old empty, vanilla claims: “I’m #1”, “I care about your business”, “I sell more homes”, “I give the best service”, “I’ll eat, sleep and breathe your business”, blah, blah, blah …
So what? Where’s the PROOF?
In my business, I created USPs (Unique Selling Propositions) that reversed the risk for my clients. I made it a point in my marketing to show prospects how I went far beyond empty boasts and promises, and EXACTLY how and when I would deliver them a superior RESULT.

As with all your marketing efforts, your goal is to get as many people as possible in the door and using your service. The question you need to ask yourself is: How do I get a ton of people calling me, wanting to give my service a try?
