What is Your Potential for Greatness? (or How to Be Successful in Real Estate)

Mon, Mar 4, 2013

"Be not afraid of greatness: some are born great, some achieve greatness and some have greatness thrust upon them." – William Shakespeare

Remember the movie The King’s Speech? I wouldn’t exactly call it a feel-good movie, but it was certainly inspiring. It’s the kind of movie that has you on the edge of your seat, not for the thrills and chills of a high speed car chase or a psychotic killer, but for the hidden greatness inside the soon-to-be-king (played by Colin Firth), willing his greatness to escape the prison of his speech defect. It is painful and heartbreaking to watch all his potential, so near to revealing itself, literally stoppered up behind the barrier of a stutter that was initially planted by fear. This point comes across loud and clear, that it is fear that would have prevented him from achieving what he did if greatness had not been thrust upon him by the circumstance of his brother running off with a divorced woman. Here’s the point. Bertie had greatness thrust upon him. He had no choice but to rise to the occasion. The events of his time had collided in a manner that gave him no other choice but to overcome his deep-seeded fears and relentlessly push himself. Along the way, however, he quit several times because the process of change was difficult, painful and scary. If he had been given an escape route, he would have taken it. Why? Because as awful as living with his defect was for him, it was easier than submitting himself to the failures and insecurities that inevitably accompany transformation. To be blunt, it’s easier to whine about something than it is to do something about it.

Do you have what it takes to seize the greatness you secretly hope for?

What about you? Are you capable of becoming more than you are? Very likely this is exactly the case. The fact that you’re part of this program is evidence enough that you believe there is potential in you that you haven’t fully realized. It’s great that you’ve taken a step in the right direction, but are you gathering enough momentum to enable you to achieve the greatness you secretly hope for? Or, are you going to get stuck here? My system has the power to transform your career and your life (this is not boasting, just simple fact based on extensive experience), but only if you truly use it.  How many of you will really take action? The rest of you are going to get re-stuck in your comfort zone because actually doing something to change your results takes courage and a little pain. There are many of you who are not ever going to realize your full potential because, deep down, you’re afraid that you don’t really have what it takes even though you desperately yearn to be something more. You will tell yourself that the systems we’re revealing to you can’t really work that well, or that they can’t work in your marketplace. You’ll be tempted to take one of my ads and make changes to it so it feels more comfortable for you and then complain that it didn’t work. You’ll make a whole host of excuses for yourself and then say “See, it doesn’t work” and retreat back into the rut that may not lead you to greatness, but which is familiar and not scary. I see this every day.

Your Comfort Zone is Dangerous

What I also see every day, however, are agents who thrust themselves into greatness by stepping outside their comfort zone and fully committing to my system. Again, this is not boasting. This happens all the time. Down and out agents, or agents who are slaves to their businesses, or agents who are brand new, jump in with both feet, conquer their fear of change and emerge with multi-million dollar real estate businesses that completely change their lives. Back to the movie: once Bertie committed to pushing through the pain of change, he began to see results. On one level, these results were technical in nature (he was able to get through a speech without stuttering.) But the real result was far more than technical because with this technical success came growing confidence in his ability to achieve the larger goals he was capable of. The same thing will happen to you if you let it. It is a foregone conclusion that if you attend my SuperConference, and commit to the plan I will provide you, you will finish this year with a level of business and income that will literally astonish you. You will become a powerhouse of unleashed potential and find it impossible to go back to the way you used to operate because it will now seem entirely ridiculous to you. More than that, though, is the fact that this thriving business you will have built will be fueling the more important things in your life that have nothing to do with real estate. P.S. You can test drive my ideas and systems absolutely free by signing up for Free Weekly Training which includes live weekly webinars, a monthly newsletter and priority invitations to free half day training events. This Free Weekly training will expose you to inexpensive and highly effective methods of lead generation (with no cold calling) -- what I call “Reverse Prospecting”, where qualified prospects actually hunt you down rather than the other way around, and then how to follow these leads through to maximum GCI via proprietary lead conversion and prospect presentation systems. This is the easiest way for you to find out with no risk or obligation what my system is all about and how it can help you profitably grow your real estate business and vastly improve your quality of life.
